Coaching Services
FAQ

What type of clients do you work with?

  • I work with all types of clients.  No age restrictions or preferences. I am trained to work with clients who struggle with Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder. â€‹

Where do you see clients?

  • I am based in Europe, but I am not limited to this area. I see clients worldwide.

How do sessions work?

  • Virtual and In-Person Sessions are available. During these sessions, we address recovery goals tailored to each individual. We work on identifying triggers, food rituals, and assess client's motivation to change. *We will look at both overt eating disorder behaviors (binging, purging, restricting) and recovery-sabotaging behaviors (counting calories, overexercising, body checking).

How much does it cost?

  • My coaching services are 50 dollars per session. These sessions vary according to each individual. For example, two thirty minute sessions a week may be necessary (price would be the same) or one 50 minute session per week. I am flexible and will work with clients to ensure they are getting the most out of their coaching sessions. Text support is included with pricing. Clients are able to text me 24/7 to receive real time guidance. I make an effort to respond to text messages as soon as possible.

Do you offer meal support?

  • Yes. I provide meal and grocery shopping sessions. I help clients challenge their eating habits in a safe environment while also helping clients to identify/separate their eating disorder self from their healthy self. These real life experiences are often times when the eating disorder voice becomes loudest. I am here to help deter any anxieties and be with you every step of the way.

How are you different from a therapist?

  • I am not trained to diagnose or medically treat eating disorders and/or co-morbidities. I work with treatment teams (therapist, dietitian, psychiatrist, medical doctor, etc.) to provide the best care and support for clients and their loved ones. I help clients in the here and now. I am here to help bridge the gap between wanting to change and actually changing! â€‹
